Black lace capri tights from Jefferies. Tights are mid-calf length and have lace trim on the bottom. These are perfect for wearing under skirts and dresses -- the lace peeking out from the bottom adds a cute touch. Tights made from 34% nylon/30% cotton/30% modal/6% spandex.
