Return & Store Policies

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL TAGS AND/OR PACKAGING TO BE ACCEPTED.  PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE TAGS OR DISCARD PACKAGING (IF APPLICABLE) UNTIL YOU ARE SURE YOU ARE KEEPING THE ITEM(S).

Please read our return policy and ask any questions you may have BEFORE ordering. By placing your order, you are agreeing to abide by our return policy.
 
 
Our Return Policy
Most items may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of the original order. We must RECEIVE the item within 21 days of when you PLACED your order. Items received after this date will be returned to the sender. We really mean this -- please do not ship items to us after your return window is up as they will be returned to you. This time frame allows you time to receive your order and return if necessary. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days and are received within a week of the order date. The items must be returned in brand new condition with all tags still attached and in original packaging (for items with special packaging). Items that have been worn, washed, or soiled are not eligible for returns and will be sent back to the buyer. We cannot be responsible for any damage that occurs to items after they have been worn or washed. Once we receive your return back at our store, please allow up to a week to receive your store credit or for your credit card to be refunded although it typically only takes a couple of days.
 
RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN NUMBER BEFORE THEY WILL BE ACCEPTED. Please e-mail us at snapdragonsbaby@gmail.com for a return number.  We do not offer prepaid return mailing labels.  It is the customer's responsibility to purchase a mailing label to ship the return back to us.
 
FULL PRICE/SALE PRICE/SUPERCLEARANCE ITEMS   All items, except those marked "FINAL SALE", may be returned for either a refund to your credit card or may be exchanged.  This includes full price, sale price, and most superclearance items.
FINAL SALE ITEMS Items clearly marked as "FINAL SALE" are considered to be a final sale and cannot be returned. They are clearly labelled as FINAL SALE on your invoice and on our website.
TIGHTS AND SOCKS – these may be returned only if all tags/packaging are still attached and they have not been worn. Please ask if you have any questions.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS – If you feel that you have received a defective item, please e-mail us right away, so that we can send you a replacement. If we do not have a similar replacement, we will issue store credit or a refund at our discretion. Please note that an item not fitting is not considered a defect.
GIFTS Gift items may be returned. You may either exchange for a different item or receive a store credit. We can only refund the card of the original purchaser
REFUSED ORDERS will be subject to a 25% restocking fee unless other arrangements have been made
RETURNS OVER $500 -- if you return more than $500 of merchandise, any amount over $500 will be given as store credit
 
 
ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL 21 DAYS AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. We reserve the right to limit or deny excessive returns.


If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS we will offer a 1 time price adjustment within 7 days of your order date.  In order to receive the price adjustment, you must request the adjustment within 7 days of placing your original order.  Adjustments will be given in the form of store credit. Items purchased before a major holiday (i.e., Christmas & Easter) are not eligible for a price adjustment after the date of the holiday.

Privacy Policy We do not share the information gathered through this web site with any other 3rd party. All payment information entered through this web site is done so through a secure server with SSL encryption.
